Miho Ichise is a native of Saitama, Japan, and current resident of Fukuoka, is an accomplished artist whose journey has been shaped by a rich tapestry of international experiences. Graduating with a BA (Hons) in Painting from Chelsea College of Art and Design in London (2000-2002), Miho’s artistic foundation was laid during her time at the same institution, where she completed a Foundation program in 1999-2000.
Her artistic pursuits extended beyond borders, with immersive courses in France at various private studios and art schools from 1993 to 1996. Miho held her solo exhibition, ‘Slow Swing’ (Online), hosted by Painters Painting Paintings in 2022; she has also participated in group exhibitions - ‘Big Objects’ at Marvin Gardens, New York, and ‘Night, Light’ at Cob Gallery, London - both in 2023.
