Sayre Gomez (b. 1982, Chicago, IL, USA) is a multidisciplinary artist working primarily with painting, video, and sculpture. He graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (BFA) and California Institute of the Arts (MFA). He has had many solo exhibitions, most recently at the Fondazione Sandretto Rebaudengo, Turin (2022), François Ghebaly, Los Angeles (2022); and Xavier Hufkens, Shanghai (2021). Gomez participated in group exhibitions at Kranzberg Art Foundation, St. Louis (2022); David Kordansky, Los Angeles (2021); Massimo De Carlo, Milan (2021); Jeffrey Deitch, New York (2020); Perrotin, New York (2020); Gana Art Center, Seoul (2019); Arsenal Contemporary, Montreal (2019); and Yuz Museum, Shanghai (2018), to name a few. His work has been featured in Cultured Magazine, Los Angeles Times, Flaunt Magazine, and The Brooklyn Rail.
